What is a Severability Clause and Why is it Critical?
What happens if one of the terms of the contract is invalid for some reason, it’s either a violation of law or impossible to understand, or it’s just declared invalid. A severability clause ensures that when there’s a problem with one clause, the rest of the contract is still valid.
