Blanca Perper Greenstein has been an attorney for 26 years. She started her career as a Broward County Public Defender and was lead counsel on over 30 jury trials. During this time, she was also awarded Attorney of the Year.
Following this chapter, Blanca practiced law in a variety of areas including real estate, civil litigation, and foreclosure litigation. She served as head of litigation for Ocwen Loan Servicing (a publicly traded company) and managed over 5000 attorneys nationwide. During her tenure, she was instrumental in creating a series of customized policies and procedures including the intake process, closing process and nationwide settlement documentation. She also custom built and patented an email management application called Ingate which was used by corporations around the world to manage high volumes of sensitive email.
Following her time at Ocwen, Blanca was a Managing Partner with the law firm of Morris, Laing, Evans, Brock & Kennedy for five years. She was also the Founding Partner of her own firm Greenstein & Associates for five years.
In addition to her legal expertise, Blanca also has a passion to serve the community and founded the Laws of Life Community wherein she produces weekly networking events, television shows and assists the community in building authentic relationships to create success.
Blanca was also a professor and Advisory Board Member for the Z School and taught The Art of the Negotiation and a variety of marketing and communication classes through George Washington University, New York University and many other prestigious educational institutions. Blanca is also a motivational speaker worldwide.
Blanca currently serves as Director of Litigation for the firm and also assists in overseeing the marketing strategy. She currently practices in the areas of personal injury, construction and real estate litigation, criminal law and also possesses extensive transactional, corporate and contract experience. She also supervises real estate and business closings for the firm.
