How to Know Your Lawyer is Ready
What’s the best litigation lawyer for you? The best trial lawyer? Ask, is the lawyer av rated? It’s an av, little a and little v. Don’t hire the lawyer unless they’re av rated. That’s the highest rating you can get in the country. Ask, has the lawyer done numerous speaking engagements and published articles? You certainly don’t have to hire me, but just to give you an example, I’ve trained thousands of lawyers and have over a hundred published articles, case summaries, and lectures to my credit. That’s an example. The best lawyers in the country are in demand to train other lawyers and have publications showing their recognition as leaders. Always ask, what do they know about your case? How will they accomplish your goals? Are they convincing when they explain why you should win or lose on an issue? It’s critical to have the best lawyer serve your interests.
