Experience Matters When Hiring a Lawyer
Let’s say you need to file a lawsuit, or defend against someone suing you. What kind of lawyer do you want? What kind of experience does that lawyer have to have? If you’re smart, you’ll ask that lawyer how well do they know their craft. Had they actually tried cases? Do they actually have published articles? How many times have they been asked to train other lawyers? That’s the lawyer I want when it matters.
