DESIGNATION – MID TO SENIOR LITIGATION ATTORNEYS:
Mager Parúas, a multi-practice high-end boutique AV-rated law firm, seeks Mid to Senior Civil Litigation Attorneys with a minimum of five years of experience in the practice areas of commercial, insurance defense, and/or complex personal injury/medical malpractice litigation. This position affords unlimited career growth through handling a variety of interesting cases across multiple disciplines, along with flexibility in work hours, as detailed below.
You would be expected to exhibit true leadership on cases, engage in regular client contact, draft superior work product, conduct depositions, and handle alternate dispute resolution proceedings, among other items. You would also be expected to try cases before a judge/jury, with oversight by a Senior Partner, if needed.
Our team is ready to train, assist, and otherwise help you every step of the way. This includes our seasoned and capable paralegals, who provide extensive litigation support.
Portable business is a plus. A partnership track is available once client generation abilities, sustained exceptional work product, and long-term commitment are demonstrated.
Requirements:
- Billable Hour Requirements: 180 hours per month*
- Minimum five years of experience in Florida civil litigation
- WE ARE TRIAL ATTORNEYS – YOU MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH THE FLORIDA RULES OF EVIDENCE & CIVIL PROCEDURE.
* Billable hours are prorated for those months with holidays and paid time off.

Compensation:
- Base: $150,000-$175,000
- Origination Fee
- Periodic and annual performance bonus (discretionary)
