Miguel Molano is a recent graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he earned a joint J.D./LL.M. in international law. While in law school, Mr. Molano interned with local firms focusing on immigration law and civil litigation, and with Hialeah City Hall, assisting in drafting ordinances and resolutions for the city.
Mr. Molano is originally from Venezuela. He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Metropolitana and earned an LL.M. in financial law from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas. As an attorney for a private firm in Venezuela, Mr. Molano developed skills in corporate and labor law as well as civil litigation. He also served as a compliance officer for a large insurance company.
Mr. Molano primarily works in the Mager Parúas civil litigation department, assisting with discovery, legal research and draft of motions. His diverse professional background and fluency in English and Spanish allow him to overcome cultural and language barriers to better support clients.
Mr. Molano is also passionate about immigration law and mediation.
