Blanca P. Greenstein was licensed by the Florida Bar to practice law in 1998. She has been practicing law in the financial services arena for over 20 years. She specializes in the areas of commercial and civil litigation with particular emphasis in the areas of consumer and mortgage finance law. She has represented numerous financial institutions in various proceedings, including foreclosure and bankruptcy. Prior to the opening of her own firm, Ms. Greenstein was a Managing Shareholder with the law firm of Morris, Laing, Evans, Brock & Kennedy, Chtd. for five years. She also served as Senior Counsel over Litigation for a prominent loan servicer (and publicly traded company) thereby providing her extensive experience with regard to litigation and settlement management.
Ms. Greenstein has extensive experience working with small and large businesses. She offers assistance with business formation, the development of business processes, contract drafting, real estate transactions, tax preparation and planning, IRS audit defense, and equine litigation. Additionally, she provides representation to corporate clients engaged in complex commercial, financial, and transactional practices.
In addition, Ms. Greenstein is also involved in the community. She has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Wellington Chamber of Commerce and was Chairperson of the Small Business Committee for the Chamber. In addition, she has been involved with Junior Achievement, Pink Strides and Successful Women’s Mastermind Alliance. She has also authorized several articles on business and equine issues.

Mr. Liese is a 2013 graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in both political science and international affairs. In 2017, he graduated from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law and began practicing law that same year with Mager Paruas, LLC in Hollywood, Florida. He is admitted to practice law throughout the State of Florida, focusing primarily in Broward County, Palm Beach County, and Miami-Dade County. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He has experience in different civil litigation areas including business litigation, contract disputes, property damage and hurricane claims, personal injury and more.
Yonathan Nathanson was born in Israel before coming to Florida as a young child. After leaving school at the age of 15, Mr. Nathanson was accepted into the University of Oxford at 17 after a period of self-directed study at home. At Oxford, he studied Jurisprudence with Law Studies in Europe, which included a year abroad at Leiden University in the Netherlands. After obtaining an Honors degree from Oxford, Mr. Nathanson completed his LLM with Distinction (the highest possible classification) at University College London, focusing on international trusts, fiduciary duties, and unjust enrichment.
Mr. Nathanson moved back to Florida following the completion of his studies and joined Mager Paruas. Since joining, he has worked on the firm’s largest and most important litigation cases.
