Employment Discrimination and Labor Law. We represent employees who suffer from workplace discrimination and harassment of all kinds, including based on sex/gender, pregnancy, race, national origin, age, disability, religion and equal pay.
Title IX and Campus Security. Far too often, college students are victimized by sexual harassment, sexual assault and other violent crimes on campus. Sometimes, inadequate security and other negligence contribute to such victimization and claims can be brought against the college or university. Also, victims of such crimes have specific rights after reporting such victimization that colleges and universities must honor, including under federal law known as “Title IX.” We represent victims in these cases.
